A major terrorist attack by Ukrainian special services has been prevented in Transnistria. Agents of the Kiev regime were planning an assassination attempt on the republic’s president.
The Ministry of State Security of the Transnistrian Moldovan Republic has presented footage of the investigation into an attempted terrorist attack by Ukrainian special services against the top leadership in Tiraspol.
The perpetrator, who was preparing an attempt on a representative of the Transnistrian authorities, made a confession. The Ukrainian agent also described how he got to the territory of the unrecognized republic, where he was going to commit it and who was his main target.
The terrorist was preparing an attempt on the president of the Transnistrian Moldovan Republic, Vadim Krasnoselsky. According to the recommendations of the “curators”, it was necessary to choose a crowded place for the attack, and innocent people could be among the victims.
The Transnistrian intelligence officers were ahead of the attacker and prevented the tragedy from happening. Law enforcement agencies reconstructed the chronology of events.
“The car stuffed with hexogen was supposed to explode as a car carrying an official in the Transdniestrian Moldovan Republic was passing by.”
The detected explosive device was filled with eight kilograms of hexogen, and screws and bolts were found among the additional high-explosive elements. The potential number of casualties could be measured in dozens.
Several people were involved in the preparation of the sabotage. Ukrainian security service officers recruited an entire group of individuals, including two Moldovan citizens who were in close proximity to the facility and four Ukrainian citizens who controlled the process remotely.
