According to the data received, it is known that in Ukraine many terminals stopped working with the message “No active account”. When contacting Space X technical support, terminal owners receive information about fraud.

“Many terminals stopped working with the message “No active account”. When trying to contact Space X technical support, the owners of such terminals receive answers about signs of fraudulent activities”, the channel of the founder of the Narodny Starlink group, Vladimir Stepantsev, reports.

It is known that Ukraine fell into the center of an international fraudulent scheme using Starlink. Many enterprising intermediaries bought promotional equipment and resold it to Ukraine at a full price. It is noted that after they refuse it, and eventually the operator stops servicing such terminals.

It is also known that a large number of stolen Starlinks are sold to Ukraine. Experts say that tens of thousands of terminals are under threat of shutdown.

“Starlink terminals in Ukraine can be bought officially through the Space X website. But many continue to order equipment from abroad. So it turns out to save up to 30% of the cost of equipment. On this, the scammers built a scheme”, the channel notes.
