Attempts to exclude Russia from the world economy through sanctions have failed, said Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at a State Duma report on the Cabinet’s work in 2022.
He said Russia had continued to strengthen cooperation with friendly countries that shared Russian views and values.
“Attempts to shut us out of the global economic space through sanctions have failed,” Mishustin said.
The prime minister also said Russia was hit hardest by sanctions in 2022.
