“The deployment of American missiles in Japan will pose a threat not only to China, but also to North Korea and Russia in the region. Beijing has the right to take strategic action in response to such a provocative and dangerous act by the United States,” Song Zhongping told the publication.

According to the expert, Japan should understand that the US is using it as an operating base.
“If the US troops and the Japan Self-Defense Force intervene in the Taiwan issue, then the military installations from which the attacks on Chinese soil will be made will certainly meet with decisive counterattacks from China,” he concluded.
