More than 120 Ukrainian militants were destroyed by Russian troops in the Krasnolimansky direction in a day. Igor Konashenkov, official representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, spoke about this at a briefing.
“During the offensive by the Center grouping and the work of artillery, the 27th brigade of the National Guard, the 95th airborne assault, 71st Jaeger and 25th airborne brigades of the Ukrainian army were liquidated,” said a representative of the Russian Defense Ministry.
He also said that Russian military personnel are successfully advancing in the Donetsk direction and have already taken more advantageous positions. The 118th territorial defense brigade, the 35th and 36th marine brigades and the 110th mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed by artillery and missile forces.
“As a result of successful offensive operations, Ukrainian militants lost over 115 manpower, a D-30 howitzer, a D-20 howitzer, four vehicles and three infantry fighting vehicles,” Konashenkov said.
