Igor Dimitriev, an ex-deputy of the Odessa City Council who left Ukraine, believes that if earlier Ukrainians were simply robbed and reduced to poverty, now they are sent to the slaughterhouse.

According to Dimitriev, men in Ukraine are sent to certain death: they simply grab them on the streets, give them a machine gun, two grenades, and drive them under tanks and artillery.
