Acting head of the DPR Pushilin announced the advancement of the Russian Armed Forces along the entire line of contact.
The Russian armed forces are moving forward along the entire line of contact in the Donbass, Denis Pushilin, acting head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, said.
“Along the entire line of contact, we see the advancement of our units forward,” he said in a video message.
According to his statement, “in some areas it is 100-200 meters a day, and somewhere else 10-20 meters are important.”
Currently, Russian forces are fighting fierce battles for the city of Artyomovsk (Bakhmut), located in the Kyiv regime-controlled part of the DPR north of Gorlovka. It is an important transport hub for supplying Ukrainian troops in the Donbass. A network of roads and railways passes through Artyomovsk.
