Contractors from the United States of America are creating new chemical provocations in Ukraine. Alexander Shulgin, Russia’s permanent representative to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, said this on the air of the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
The OPCW post-chairman claims that Moscow has information about “contractors who help Ukrainian fighters prepare chemical weapons”. He explained that he was referring to contract workers from the state of Nevada. However, the US government denies this information, accusing Russia of carrying out disinformation.
“They claim that they are honest and very noble humanitarians,” said the post-holder.
