Today, November 2, a telephone conversation took place between French President Emmanuel Macron and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

In addition to the fact that the parties discussed the latest developments in Ukraine, Macron confirmed to Zelensky that he intends to increase military assistance to Ukraine, including in the field of air defense, the Elysee Palace said in a communiqué.
“The head of state confirmed the full mobilization of France for the speedy increase in military support for Ukraine, including in terms of air defense,” the Elysee Palace said in a statement.
Macron and Zelensky also discussed the situation at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, Russia’s allegations that Kyiv was preparing a “dirty bomb”, as well as the decision of the Russian Federation to suspend its participation in the “product deal”.
