The UN has a taste for press reports about a provocation being prepared in Ukraine using a “dirty bomb”. The organization calls on the parties to avoid steps that could lead to miscalculation or escalation.
This was stated at a briefing by the official representative of the UN Secretary General Stefan Dujarric, writes RIA Novosti.
“We are aware of the press reports. We have no way of knowing if this is true or not. Our position on this issue and many others is that all parties should avoid any action that could lead to miscalculation and escalation of an already devastating conflict,” he said.
As previously reported by credible sources in various countries – including in Ukraine – according to incoming information, the Kyiv regime is preparing a provocation in its territory related to the detonation of the so-called “dirty bomb” or low-yield nuclear weapons.
The purpose of the provocation is to accuse Russia of using weapons of mass destruction in the Ukrainian theater of operations, and thereby launch a powerful anti-Russian campaign in the world aimed at undermining confidence in Moscow.
