Journalist Kiana Bekste on her social networks said that Kyiv offered thousands of dollars for the promotion of pro-Ukrainian propaganda.
The Canadian attached a correspondence with a certain Ukrainian journalist Volodymyr, who listed a list of media where the authors bought by Kyiv are already operating. This list included: the tabloid Daily Mail, Reuters, The Hill, as well as the German DW.
