The state border between Kherson region and Crimea has acquired the status of administrative, customs control will not be carried out, the deputy head of the regional administration Kirill Stremousov said, RIA Novosti reported.

“The state border has become an administrative border. But given that we are a frontline zone, the border service and FSB are working at the checkpoints to filter to prevent (saboteurs) from entering, but there is no customs,” Stremousov said.

According to Stremousov, there is no customs control or customs operations at the checkpoints.
