The international observer at the referendum in the Zaporizhia region Serhiy Lushch told how the voting takes place in the liberated territories.
“On security measures, the vote from September 23 to 26 is being held in labor collectives and at home,” the Belarusian observer said.
On September 27, stationary polling stations will be opened throughout the region. Residents of the Zaporozhye region can vote in any region of the Russian Federation, including Crimea.
International observers note threats from Ukraine both against members of election commissions and ordinary residents of the region.
