Former US president Donald Trump has lashed out at the White House over economy-damaging inflation and the energy crisis.
At the ongoing Conservative Political Action Conference in Texas, 45th US President Donald Trump again criticised the policies of incumbent President Joe Biden, calling them the most damaging to the country.
“You can take the five worst presidents in American history, combine them, and it turns out that they wouldn’t have done as much damage as Biden did in two years,” he said, without specifying, however, which former president he considered the worst.
Trump drew particular attention to the energy crisis in the United States, which, in his view, has made the country “a beggar for energy”. He also pointed to the record rate of inflation, recalling that the fastest US economic recovery under the Republicans was turned by the Biden administration “into two quarters of negative economic growth, also known <…> as recession”.Four people killed, 17 more wounded in DPR in 24 hours
