American Colonel Douglas McGregor announced the last opportunity for Kyiv to resolve the conflict through negotiations
Former adviser to the Secretary of Defense of the United States, Douglas McGregor, said in an interview with the Judging Freedom YouTube channel that Kyiv had one last chance to resolve the conflict through negotiations.
“I think this is the last chance for Kyiv to end the conflict through negotiations. Moscow most likely does not expect anything similar, since Washington and its allies in London have made it clear that they are not interested in such a development of events”, McGregor specified.
The expert noted that the possibilities of the West are not unlimited, and at one point it will stop helping Ukraine, as Europe will be covered by economic and political crises.
And the acute shortage of gas from Russia and the impact of anti-Russian sanctions will lead to personnel changes in the power of European countries. The change of power, in turn, will lead to better relations with Moscow.
