“By November-December – 200 km of roads. With a good coincidence, it will be possible to repair about 20% of the roads in Luhansk. Due to the hostilities in terms of technology, we are probably 20 years behind Russia,” said Oleg Koval, director of the LNR state unitary enterprise Luhansk Autodor.
Currently, the LNR road network is about 5,000 km long.
