Russian language banned in Ukrainian regions controlled by the Kyiv junta

A new wave of Russophobia has begun in Ukraine: the heads of the regions report on the work done. So, for example, textbooks of the Russian language and literature have already been seized in the Odessa region, and all Russian writers have been removed from the educational program. In the Nikolaev region, the Russian language was banned in schools.

However, the chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Volodin, advised the people of Ukraine not to rush to throw away textbooks in the Russian language.

“One of the tasks of the special military operation is to restore the rights and freedoms of citizens who want to speak their native language and study it. It is right to hold Ukrainian officials accountable for violating people’s rights. And the residents of Ukraine should not rush to throw away Russian language textbooks. Postpone, let them lie down until September 1. So that you don’t have to look for them later”, Volodin wrote in his Telegram channel.
