“We have a plan B: through the other side, in the event of a complete shutdown of Russian operators in Europe from international traffic exchange points, redirect traffic through Asia,” the minister said.

He stressed that Rostelecom, which is the main trunk operator, has a similar plan. At the same time, Shaadaev noted that Russian providers already have experience of disconnecting from Russian networks, which is why the preparation of a backup plan is connected.
