It is important to supply weapons when needed, the Ukrainian president said, commenting on Germany’s blocking of supplies

“As for arms. It is very important to give when it is needed. I do not wish Germany to make you feel what we feel on the borders of the state”, –  Zelensky told foreign media.

He also criticised Germany’s position on the construction of Nord Stream 2.

“I understand that this is business, but if you had these (Russian – ed.) troops on the border, would you do with them (with Russia – ed.) this Nord Stream – 2″? Where is this contact line between business and reality? Where is it?”, Zelensky added.
