The governor of the Belarusian region, Vladimir Karanik, said that two cases of coronavirus infection among illegal migrants had been registered at the transport and logistics centre near the “Bruzgi” checkpoint on the Belarusian-Polish border in the Hrodna region of Belarus.

“We have detected one clinically significant case in a refugee who is now receiving inpatient treatment. We are very happy that there is a positive dynamic. One case is asymptomatic. We do not see any outbreak or spread of the disease”, – the governor said.
