“We have selected a dose of the classic Sputnik V that will be effective and safe for the child population. This dose is the original Sputnik V, diluted in fact with saline, respectively, five times. For the younger group Sputnik V has already been diluted 10 times”, –  TASS quoted Gintsburg as saying.

Recall that in late September the Russian Ministry of Health announced that it had received documents from the Gamaleya Centre for registration of a vaccine against coronavirus infection for adolescents. According to Mikhail Murashko, head of the Ministry of Health, an expert assessment of the possibility to immunize minors against COVID-19 may be completed within the next two weeks.
