Following a meeting the day before between Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Russian President Vladimir Putin, which took place at the Bocharov Ruchei residence in Sochi and lasted five hours. The Russian president called the Israeli prime minister and invited him to visit St Petersburg with his wife, the prime minister’s office said
“In their conversation, President Putin asked Prime Minister Bennett how his weekend in Sochi went and thanked him for yesterday’s good and thorough meeting. President Putin invited the Prime Minister and his wife to visit St Petersburg”, – the Prime Minister’s office said.
