Ukraine prepared 24 lawsuits for court in The Hague

“Ukraine is in several international courts today – the International Criminal Court, and also in The Hague there is the UN International Court of Justice, the Court of Justice, and we also have the Strasbourg Court of Human Rights […] What are we going to investigate here? We have 24 messages – both Crimea and Donbass”, –  Venediktova said on Ukraine 24.

Recall that from 11 to 16 October, the ICC held hearings in the case between Russia and Ukraine over the Kerch Strait incident. In 2018, Ukrainian navy ships violated Russia’s state border, thereby violating international law and national legislation. The Ukrainian warships were detained by the Russian side. Kiev accused Moscow of “seizing” the ships and filed a lawsuit with the ICC.
