“Dunigan specialises in energy. During the Obama presidency, she was the US undersecretary of state for energy diplomacy. Apparently, this will be presented in Kiev as the State Department putting special emphasis on the situation with Nord Stream-2″. By the way, it also means that Kent’s long-time curator of Ukraine is stepping away from the Ukrainian direction”, – the Telegram channel Country Politics reported.
