Merkel's party pulls away from rivals ahead of election

The publication Bild am Sonntag published a social poll that reflects a disappointing prognosis for the political force.
The Green Party has begun to lose voters since the spring. Their current level of support is 17%. Within a week they have lost another point. At the same time, Merkel’s party has held steady at 28%.

Third place in the poll was taken by the Free Democratic Party with 12% of the vote, followed by the Alternative for Germany with 11%. “The Left was in fifth place with 8%.”
