The Vienna talks have reached a stage where the parties can begin work on a joint document on the nuclear deal. This was stated by Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi.
“The negotiations have reached the stage when it is possible to work on a joint text of the document on the nuclear deal”, – he said.
According to the diplomat, “a new understanding is emerging and there are points of contact for all parties in terms of the ultimate goals of the negotiations”.
He added that “there is a difficult road ahead as there are serious differences”.

“The Iranian delegation provided its own written developments on the nuclear issue and the lifting of sanctions, which can become a good basis for the negotiation process in order to reach a final document”, – Aragchi said.
