Belarus plans to get armed with Russian S-400

Anti-aircraft missile systems S-400 “Triumph” will soon enter service with the Belarusian army.

This was announced on Thursday, January 14, by the commander of the air defense forces of the Armed Forces of Belarus, Major General Igor Golub.

“We are continuing the pre-contract work to re-equip our anti-aircraft missile forces armed with the S-300 with the new S-400 and Pantsir-S complexes”, – he said.

According to him, already in 2021, the army will receive the Protivnik-G and Vostok radar stations. Also, contracts were signed for the supply of multifunctional attack helicopters Mi-35 and the second batch of Su-30SM fighters.
