Turkish police launched raids in 14 districts of Istanbul after they received information about possible attacks by militants during the New Year period.
This was announced on Thursday, December 31, by the Anadolu agency.
As a result of the actions of the police, 35 suspects in connection with the terrorist organization “Islamic State”* were detained.
