Former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin has filed an appeal with the court against the decision of the National Police to close the case on alleged interference in the activities of the Attorney General of former US Vice President Joe Biden.
According to him, the court hearing was scheduled for November 11, but did not take place due to the fact that the police did not provide the court with the case file. In addition, the police investigator and his procedural leader from the prosecutor’s office did not appear at the hearing. As a result, the trial was postponed to the end of November.
