Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his condolences to the Austrian leadership in connection with the terrorist attack in Vienna.

Vladimir Putin reaffirmed his readiness to develop cooperation in the fight against terrorist actions.

According to the press service, the President “strongly condemned this cruel and cynical crime, which once again confirmed the inhuman nature of terrorism, and expressed confidence that the forces of terror will not be able to intimidate anyone, sow discord and enmity between people of different faiths”.

Also, Vladimir Putin conveyed words of sympathy to all the relatives and friends of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to the wounded.
