Putin declined to comment on the US presidential election

The head of the Russian state said that Moscow is ready to cooperate with any US president.

As reported by the NTV channel, speaking live at the Vermya Calling forum, Vladimir Putin declined to comment on the US presidential election, explaining that “partners will cling to anything to announce interference”.

“I would not like to touch on the topic of the US elections, because no matter what I say, now some of our partners will cling to anything in order to prove Russia’s alleged interference in the election process in the United States”, – the Russian leader said.

“We are analyzing all this calmly in a working order, we will accept any decision of the American people and will work with any administration. I hope that the decisions will be balanced. In any case, we feel calm”. 

Putin noted that working with the current American administration has its disadvantages and advantages.
