Prime Minister of Armenia told Merkel about foreign mercenaries in Karabakh

Nikol Pashinyan, Prime Minister of Armenia, had another telephone conversation with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

He told her that Turkish and other foreign mercenaries were participating in the battles in Nagorno-Karabakh:

“Pashinyan provided information on the course of hostilities. He spoke about the participation of Turkish military personnel, as well as recent revelations about the transfer of mercenaries and militants from this country to Azerbaijan”.

This is stated in a message to the Armenian Cabinet of Ministers. In addition, it notes that this is the second conversation between Pashinyan and Merkel in the past few days.
