Le Monde journalists injured in Karabakh transported to Yerevan

Previously, Armenian authorities reported that a group of journalists were shot at by Azerbaijani troops.

 

Two journalists from the French newspaper Le Monde, who were wounded in Nagorno-Karabakh during shelling by the Azerbaijani army, were transported to the Erebuni medical centre in Yerevan early on Friday morning. According to the local portal hetq.am, Director of the medical centre Mikayel Manukyan informed about this.

“French journalists have been transported from Stepanakert to Yerevan”, –  he said.

The day before the Armenian authorities reported that a group of journalists, who were in the town of Martuni in Nagorno-Karabakh, were shot by Azerbaijani troops, wounding two Le Monde journalists, a 24news.am reporter and a cameraman for Armenia TV channel.
