US decided to scare Russia with fighters in Alaska

The Americans plan to deploy more than a centurion of fifth generation fighters in Alaska as a “signal to Russia”.

State Senator Dan Sullivan told about it.

F-35 fighters will be deployed in Alaska. They will be located at Eilson Base. In addition, F-22 fighters are already in the state at the Elmendorf-Richardson base.

The US wants to expand the port of Nome, which should become the first US deep-water port in the Arctic Circle.
