Anti-government protesters in Bulgaria block roads in Sofia

Participants in anti-government protests, which have been going on for 62 days in Bulgaria, have temporarily blocked traffic at key crossroads in the Bulgarian capital.

Several hundred people are taking part in the peaceful protest action, which continues at these hours in Sofia. After the rally on Independence Square, where the buildings of the government, the National Assembly of the country and the presidential administration are located, during which footage of the clashes between the protesters and the police on September 2 was shown, the protesters held a traditional march through the streets of Sofia.
