Moscow and Ankara signed another contract for the supply of S-400

Russia and Turkey signed a second contract for the supply of Russian S-400 air defense systems. Moscow and Ankara are still discussing how they will implement its financial model.

This was told by the head of Rosoboronexport Alexander Mikheev.

“This is already due to the readiness of our partners to finally resolve the procedural issue related to the financing of this project”, – he said when he was asked whether they would start to fulfill the contract in 2021.
