The coronavirus pandemic has led to accelerated automation of production processes, which will soon lead to a reduction of about 50 million jobs.
This is evidenced by the results of a McKinsey Global Institute study.
According to forecasts, workers without higher education and young people under the age of 24 will be affected first. The fact is that young people, for the most part, work in the field of catering and delivery, where automation will be carried out.
In addition, the risk of losing a job will be higher in men. The authors of the study note that the majority of women working in the labor market work in the healthcare sector, which will not undergo automation.
To date, 14.6 million jobs in the trade sector, as well as 8.4 million jobs in the hospitality sector, have been threatened with closure. For the Russian army plan to develop a new tanker
