This is stated in the plot of the NTV channel.

According to media reports, the so-called School of Local Government is engaged in imitation of “popular protest” in Russia. It received grants from non-governmental organizations from the USA, Germany and Poland. Officially, the money goes for training of activists. In reality, these activists are trained to campaign against Russia in accordance with clear guidelines developed by the US political strategists.

In practice, the entire information campaign comes down to publications on social networks and criticism from little-known bloggers.

Earlier, News Front reported that after the vote in Moscow they plan to publish a report on foreign interference in the vote.

All-Russian voting on the law on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation began on Thursday, June 25, throughout the country. In accordance with a decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the main voting day is July 1, but Russians have the opportunity to participate in the referendum from today.
