Russian Ambassador to the UK Andrei Kelin said Moscow sees signals from London about its readiness to restore relations.
“We came to the conclusion that we are ready to turn the page and begin to restore relations. There is a certain evolution in Britain, we notice it. There are signals that it would be possible to start the movement”, – TASS quoted him as saying.
At the same time, he noted that the signals so far “have not transformed into any serious practical matters”.
