U.S. outraged over coronavirus terrorism in Central America

This statement was made by the President of Guatemala, Alejandro Jammatti.

He criticized US policy from where people infected with coronavirus are deported. In particular, Jammatti pointed to the case when 119 people arrived in Guatemala from the United States. All of them were infected.

“Guatemala is an ally of the United States, but the United States is not an ally of Guatemala. They don’t consider us allies, ” the politician said, stressing that Washington had not provided the Central American country with the support it needed.

Moreover, the US authorities only worsened the epidemiological situation in Guatemala, sending infected people here.
