The first shots from the crash site of a passenger airliner on a residential quarter in Pakistan

In Pakistan, on Friday, May 22, a passenger plane crashed. Onboard were 99 passengers and 8 crew members, which owned the aircraft, said.

The plane, flying from the city of Lahore to Karachi, crashed a few minutes before landing. The crash occurred in a populated area, as a result a number of houses were damaged. There are no reports of casualties among the local population.

The Pakistan International Airlines plane crashed directly to residential buildings near the airport, where it was supposed to land.

The country’s Ministry of Health has declared an emergency in all major hospitals in connection with the crash of the aircraft.
