The trial of the crash of the Malaysian Boeing MH17 will continue for several years. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Yevhen Yenin in an interview with Radio Liberty.
Yevgeny Yenin noted that Kiev “with great interest and attention” monitors the course of the trial in the Netherlands.
“We are well aware that the time frame for this process can take several years. (…) In addition, speed should not damage quality, ” he explained.
The diplomat also expressed the opinion that “sentences should be waited”.
Recall that the flight MH17 was shot down over the Donbass in 2014. Almost 300 people on board died. In May 2018, the United Investigative Group said that the airliner was shot down by “Buk”. Disputes about the reliability of the information from where the Buk was brought from and from which side the Boeing was shot down continue to this day, and the investigation remains frozen.Chinese Foreign Ministry urges US to stop political pressure on Chinese media
