The previous meeting lasted more than 16 hours and ended inconclusively due to disagreements between the Netherlands and Italy. The issue of issuing Eurobonds, around which the countries were in dispute, has not been resolved. In the end, the meeting did not consider it urgent in the current situation.

The program of assistance should combine the measures and schemes proposed earlier by the EU institutions to provide assistance to different areas of the community economy.
