Protests in connection with the acquittal of Trump

The U.S. Senate acquitted President Donald Trump on both counts of impeachment.

 

Only 47 senators voted for the second “Congressional Deception” article. 53 were against it. Earlier, the U.S. Senate also voted against the accusations of President Donald Trump under the article “Misuse of power.

Reject the Cover-Up” protests began under the walls of the Capitol in connection with the parliamentary decision. The protesters expressed their dissatisfaction with the Senate’s decision.
