It is still very difficult to predict when another country from the Western Balkans will join the European Union, Croatian Prime Minister Andrei Plenkovich told the reporters.
“It is very difficult to say. We were in a similar process, and no forecasts were justified. But this decade should be a decade of concrete progress, this decade will be very important.
