The looting of oil fields in Syria is a blatant example of US policy, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad said in an interview.
“We, of course, are indignant, all the people of Syria are indignant. This is indeed looting… but there is neither international order, nor international law… this phenomenon, frankly, is not new, and it concerns not only wartime”, – said the Syrian President.
Looting other countries is a historic role for Americans since the end of World War II, he said.
“Americans always strive to plunder other countries in one way or another, taking away not only oil, money and financial resources from them, but also rights – both political and all other”, – Assad said.
He added that Washington’s actions are nothing new.
“Unless from time to time, US methods take on new forms. In this case, the looting of oil fields is the most egregious, practical example of American policy, which is the appropriation of other people’s rights”, – he added.The coup in Bolivia
