Houthi declare the repulsion of attacks of the Yemeni army in two provinces

The Ansar Allah rebels (Hussites) repelled attacks by a coalition-supported army in Yemen in the provinces of Hodeida and Taaz, Al-Masira TV channel said.

According to the channel, the army, with the support of artillery, attempted to advance forward by attacking the Houthi position south of Hodeida.

In parallel, the army attacked rebel positions in the west of Taaz with fire support from coalition aircraft led by Saudi Arabia.

All attacks of the army, according to the channel, were repelled.

The December 2 news agency, in turn, reported that the army of the Yemeni government repelled the Houthi attacks near the city of Dreichmi in the south of Hodeida.

This message appeared on the agency’s page after the rebels announced unsuccessful attacks by the army.

In Yemen, hostilities continue between forces on the side of President Abd Rabbou Mansour Hadi, supported by the Arab coalition led by Saudi Arabia, and Houthi rebels. In response to the attacks of Saudi aviation on the positions of the Houthi in Yemen, they are firing on the border areas of the kingdom. In September, the Houthi claimed responsibility for striking oil facilities in eastern Saudi Arabia, with the result that the kingdom temporarily lost almost half of its oil production.
