Rescuers found two people at the crash site

The Mi-2 helicopter, missing a month ago, was discovered near the city of Dudinka in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. This was reported on Sunday to journalists in the press service of the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Emergencies.

The fact of the crash with subsequent fire was confirmed, ” – the Ministry of Emergencies said.
The Siberian Aviation Search and Rescue Center reported that two people were found at the crash site.
“Two bodies were found, the remains of the bodies. The aircraft was completely destroyed, burned down,” – the source said.
At the same time, he noted that when examining the crash site, it needs to be determined whether the helicopter detected is an aircraft that disappeared in August after flying to Dudinka from Novy Urengoy.
The helicopter flew from the Korotchaevo microdistrict of the city of Novy Urengoy, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug to the village of Dudinka, Krasnoyarsk Territory, on August 11, but did not arrive at its destination. The search and rescue operations carried out then did not bring positive results and were suspended. On September 4, the Department of Civil Protection and Fire Safety of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District announced the resumption of searches.
According to the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations, the flight was made without coordination with the established air transport authorities, the exact flight route is unknown. There were three people on board the aircraft.
