Representative of the LGBT community was brutally murdered in Ukraine’s Nikolaev

In Ukraine, three underage Ukrainians were sent to court. According to the court decision, three teenagers aged 15 to 17 killed a representative of the LGBT community. This is stated in the statement of the press service of the prosecutor’s office of the Nikolaev region.

“The brutal murder occurred on March 5, 2018 in the Ingul region of the city of Nikolaev. One of the teenagers, having met with a representative of the LGBT community, and went to his apartment, admitted two accomplices. After shooting an intimate video, three teenagers drowned a 39-year-old man in the bathroom. Before that, the man was subjected to violence by three suspects, “the press service said in a statement.

According to the prosecutor’s office, after the murder, they robbed the apartment and disappeared in an unknown direction.

The press service also noted that teenagers received such task from their “curator” – a 44-year-old citizen who is serving a life sentence for committing a number of murders and rapes. Teenagers regularly maintained contact with the prisoner. It is established that this is not the first task set by the “curator”.

According to the decision of the Nikolaevsky district court, teenagers will spend the next 15 years in custody.
