The Supreme Court in Montenegro has decided to withdraw passports from opposition leaders Andrii Mandić and Milan Knežević, Radio and Television of Montenegro informs.
This decision was taken as a measure of supervision over deputies, who in Montenegro are accused of attempting a coup.
Recall, the ambiguous situation, which the official Podgorica calls a failed coup, occurred on the day of parliamentary elections on October 16 last year. In an attempt to overthrow the authorities blame the opposition Democratic Front and Moscow.
Montenegro became a member of NATO on June 5, after which processes intensified against several opposition leaders.
